Veterans’ Legal Issues

Legal issues related to veterans generally arise in one of three scenarios. The
Department of Veterans Affairs denies a benefit to which the veteran is entitled,
there is a complicated issue over division of benefits during a divorce or death,
or a veteran suffers a medical malpractice injury or wrongful death from
treatment at a VA Hospital or Medical Center.

This area of the law can be extremely complicated by a government bureaucracy
that seems to exist for the sole purpose of denying claims.

Some areas where you might need help include:

           1.        Disability
           2.        Aid and Attendance
           3.        Surviving Spouse Benefits
           4.        Pension Issues
        5.        VA Malpractice Claims

If you are a military veteran, spouse or surviving family member and have a
legal issue regarding benefits or a medical malpractice claim, it is important to
speak with an attorney experienced and knowledgeable in this area of the law.
